The Debating Society

The Debating Society of DAIICT popularly known as DebSoc is dedicated to enhancing students' vocational skills, boosting confidence, along with improving vocabulary. We organize a variety of events, including British and Asian Parliamentary-style debates, Model United Nations (MUNs), and fun activities like Shipwreck. Additionally, we provide ample opportunities for both in-station and outstation competitions. Over the years, we've continuously strived to grow and stay relevant by hosting numerous engaging events. We hold annual auditions to welcome new members and provide other avenues as well for students to join and contribute. We are committed to improve and evolve as time passes. Together, we aim to grow stronger, onwards and upwards!
